Add your shared mailbox to Outlook on mobile

Open a shared mailbox in Outlook for iPhone, iPad or Android.

Cloud2IT must have added your work account to the mailbox first. Open Outlook using that account.

  1. Open the account menu and tap Add Account.
  2. Choose Add a Shared Mailbox.
  3. If prompted, select the work account that has access, then enter the shared mailbox address.

The mailbox appears in your Outlook account list. Use the Microsoft guide for screenshots.
